Prominence Health Plan has updated its employer portal to reflect a new look and easier navigation. The secure site went live this month and now offers your clients a user-friendly feel and improved user experience.
New navigation features have been added throughout the site, which has been reorganized to focus on the most popular user activities. Registered users can continue to access claims history, confirm plan benefit information, view census enrollment, and view and pay their most recent premium bill. The site also continues to serve as the source for requesting temporary member ID cards and enrollment packets.
A comprehensive online provider search for both commercial and Medicare lines of business has been added. Search functionality is sorted by region and product line and can be found by selecting the “Find a Doctor” tab on the home page. The Southern Nevada PPO network search option will be added in coming weeks.
