Health Net is making enrollment super easy for new groups of 10+ employees who want to start coverage October 1, 2016, through January 15, 2017. All you have to do is submit your client’s most recent bill from their current carrier.
Here’s how the Health Net Easy Enroll Underwriting Promotion works:
- Submit current carrier’s bill
- Group size is determined by number of active subscribers taking part in group health insurance program on the submitted bill
- The combination of “plus” or “minus” employees in proposed new Health Net plan cannot exceed 10% to qualify
- Traditional rounding applies – e.g., 7 for 10% of 74 or 8 for 10% of 75
- Groups covered by multiple carriers may choose to replace just one carrier
- New effective date must be October 1, 2016, through January 15, 2017
