Second COVID-19 Small Business Bill Approved

As a follow up to our announcement last month, we wanted to share the latest news from Washington, DC, on small business assistance available as part of the federal response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the $2 trillion Coronavirus stimulus bill previously approved, Congress authorized $484 billion this week, including $370 billion for small businesses. That includes $60 billion to replenish the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program and $310 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program. An additional $75 billion will go toward hospitals and $25 billion will go to testing.
