As you know, the California Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU), Word & Brown, and our carrier partners all oppose California Senate Bill (SB) 562. This legislation, which passed the State Senate in June, seeks to overhaul the current health care system in California and create a new government-run, single-payer health care system at a cost estimated at $400 billion annually.
