If you have groups that enrolled online last year, it’s important you take two steps to prepare for their upcoming online renewal.
- Upload the group’s latest census
- Share your group’s renewal packet
Having this info in advance will give us the opportunity to pre-load your groups’ new rates before you begin their EaseCentral online renewal.
If your groups are enrolling in CaliforniaChoice (California only), be sure your group census specifies each employee’s location, since two of the eight health plans offered through the private exchange are regional and not available statewide.
