Aetna Resources

If your clients offer their employees’ health coverage from Aetna, a variety of forms and guides are offered online by Aetna.

Visit the Aetna site, select your group size, state, and the category for your search: Administrative, Aetna HSA, Aetna PayFlex, Claims/Reimbursement, Enrollment, or Network Information.

Employers can also pay their bill online or make administrative changes. Members can search online for a doctor or hospital.

Anthem Blue Cross Resources

Anthem’s website offers a wealth of information and resources for employers – segmented by group size (Small Business, Large Group, or National Accounts) and type of coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.).

The site also offers information on Anthem’s Personalized Support services, including:

Sydney HealthSM: Anthem’s Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven mobile app delivers a smarter, simpler, and more personal health care experience. It allows access to benefits information, claims, and health reminders. It’s easy to connect to customer service from anywhere, too.

Anthem Health Guide: Anthem’s concierge service connects members with experts who can help with health care decisions, offer appointment reminders, and find resources.

EmployerAccess: Employers can use EmployerAccess to manage their employee benefits. It includes a convenient dashboard to navigate tasks, news, and support tools like live chat, FAQs, reporting, and more.

Blue Shield of California Resources

The Blue Shield of California site offers a range of useful tools including a provider search for doctors, specialists, facilities, dentists, vision care, mental health, pharmacies, urgent care, alternative care, and more.

The Blue Shield of California mobile app is available for download through the App Store and Google Play.

Using the app, members can view their ID card, search for doctors, track claim information, better understand their benefits, and more. The Blue Shield of California app offers enhanced 24/7 service and ease-of-access to the information that matters most.

Among other resources offered by Blue Shield of California is access to NurseHelp 24/7. Just call 877-304-0504, anytime, day or night. Registered nurses are available to answer any of your health questions, including concerns about:

  • Symptoms being experienced
  • Minor illnesses and injuries
  • Chronic conditions
  • Medical tests and medications
  • Preventive care

There is also an online NurseHelp service that members can access after logging in or creating an account for a one-on-one dialogue with a registered nurse.

Employers can log in to Blue Shield’s Employer Connection or create a new account.

CaliforniaChoice Resources

The CaliforniaChoice multi-carrier, employee-choice exchange offers you a personalized dashboard to manage your employee benefits, pay your bill, order ID cards, and so much more.

Login at calchoice.com and you can view your:

  • Group’s benefits
  • Pending requests
  • Payment and invoice information
  • Recommended activities
  • Broker contact information
  • Employer announcements

If your group is currently going through enrollment or renewal, you can monitor the status of your employees’ enrollment and quickly identify those who need to complete an application.

You can login and sign up to pay your bill online – once – or set up Auto Pay for ongoing monthly payments. You can update your contact or billing information online. Plus, it’s easy to order replacement ID Cards for employees, download forms for Life Event changes, or request other materials.

You and your employees can use an online Plan Comparison Tool ahead of your initial enrollment or at renewal – making it easy to find the health plan that works best for your health care needs and budget.

By visiting Health Net’s website, employers can learn about pharmacy benefits, register to access Client Administration and set communication preferences, get health resources and support, get answers to benefit inquiries, contact account services, and learn about Special Enrollment opportunities.

Kaiser Permanente Resources

When you visit the Kaiser Permanente website, after selecting your region (California – Southern or California – Northern), you and your employees can search for primary care physicians, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies.

Employers can make online premium payments; members can view and make medical treatment payments or set up a payment plan.

The Kaiser Permanente mobile app allows members to:

  • Contact their doctor’s office or Member Services with non-urgent questions
  • Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments
  • See information about past visits
  • Fill or refill most prescriptions, check the status of a prescription order, and see a list of medications
  • View medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and lab test results
  • Choose a doctor by browsing online doctor profiles

  • Access a digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
