You asked and we listened! Anthem is offering a promotion for dual PPO (Full PPO and Select PPO within the same group) offering for new effective dates of 10/1/201-1/15/2020 with the Employer’s principal business address in either Region 1 or 9 for Small Group medical.
Eligibility Requirements
- Meet the definition of a Small Group 1-100
- New Small Group Business effective date 10/1/2019 – 1/15/2020
- Employer’s Principal Business Address is in either Region 1 or 9
Additionally, many of you have asked if you bring a group to Anthem in the 4th quarter can the group do an Anniversary date change to January 1, 2020. The answer is yes. All you have to do is submit the Anniversary date change form and not have had an anniversary date change in the last 12 months (benefit and rate adjustments would apply).
