Health Net’s Small Group bonus program offers you up to $250 per subscriber for new business effective 10/1/2016 through 12/1/2016.
You can start earning $50 per subscriber when you sell six or more new group subscribers during the quarter. When you hit the highest payout tier, your bonus is $250 per subscriber. The more you sell, the more you earn as shown below.
