We are very excited to announce the promotion of Marc McGinnis to Vice President of Sales for The Word & Brown General Agency, effective immediately. Marc has been an incredible asset to Word & Brown since he rejoined our team as the Director of Compliance last year, a role in which he demonstrated his industry-veteran knowledge and talent for public speaking by hosting countless seminars and CE classes for brokers like you.
Marc brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits marketplace. He was a sales executive at Word & Brown in the 1990s and a Regional Vice President at CONEXIS from 1999 to 2015. While there, he worked as a trusted advisor with small, mid-market, and enterprise consultant firms to drive COBRA, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), and Health Savings Account (HSA) sales for Word & Brown.
Marc’s new role will be instrumental in streamlining our sales processes across California and Nevada as we strive for more uniformity across both states.
